Eva Mendes is an American model and actor. Talent agents discovered her talent and urged her to pursue a career as a model or actor. After much consideration, she dropped out of the college to pursue a career in the field of entertainment. In the film "Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror", she made her acting debut and disappointed herself with the result. She spent plenty of time honing acting skills as well as appearing in several low-budget films to showcase her talents. The actress had a tough journey, however she was rewarded for her patience and sheer willpower. After her success in Training Day, her career as an actor began to take off.
